Terms of service
1. Who we are
tableski.io is run by Skycorp Limited, a company registered in Ireland ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
2. What the service does
You upload data files (spreadsheets, CSV, Parquet, NDJSON). We turn them into tables and let programs you authorise, typically AI assistants speaking the Model Context Protocol, run read-only SQL over them with a token you create. We do not edit your files and we do not look at their content except as needed to run the service, fix a fault, or comply with the law.
3. Your account and tokens
- You keep your password and tokens secret. Anything done with a valid token counts as done by you until you revoke it.
- One person per account. Sharing a token with a program is fine; sharing an account with other people is not.
- You must be 16 or older.
4. Your data
- Your files and the tables made from them stay yours. We get only the licence needed to store and serve them to you and your programs.
- You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload data you are not allowed to process, and do not upload special-category personal data (health, biometrics, beliefs, and the like) unless you have a lawful basis and have agreed a data processing arrangement with us first, see the data processing terms.
- Free plan files are deleted 24 hours after upload. Other plans keep files until you delete them or close the account.
- You can download an export of your account data and delete the account at any time from the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to reach other people's data, to break the query limits, to attack the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may throttle, suspend or close an account that does. Queries are bounded by plan limits; a query that exceeds them fails with a message that says so.
6. Plans and payment
The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans and their prices are shown in the app. Payments are taken by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., who is the seller of the subscription for tax purposes, issues the invoice, applies VAT or sales tax for your country, and handles refunds under its own terms; your card details go to them, never to us. Prices are shown before you pay, are charged monthly in advance, and can be cancelled at any time for the end of the paid period from the billing portal linked in the app. If a renewal payment fails, the paid plan is kept for seven days; after that the account returns to the free plan and files older than the free plan allows are removed as described in section 4. Until payment is switched on, paid plans are assigned by us on request. Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead by email.
7. Availability
This is a small service in its first months. We aim for it to be up and we monitor it, but we make no uptime promise on the free plan and only the promise stated on a paid plan, if any. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice, and stop the service entirely with at least 60 days' notice, during which you can export your data.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period, or €100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you like. We can close an account for breaking these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any reason, with a chance to export your data first unless the closure is for abuse.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. Irish law applies and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have in your own country.
